A catalyst composition for synthesizing an aromatic carbonate compound, according to the present invention, comprises at least one type of samarium-based catalyst and a co-catalyst, and a method for preparing the aromatic carbonate compound by using the catalyst compound can produce an aromatic carbonate compound and a polycarbonate resin having stable high selectivity by carbonic ester-reacting an aliphatic carbonate compound and an aromatic hydroxycarbonate compound under the presence of the samarium-based catalyst and the co-catalyst.

La présente invention porte sur une composition de catalyseur pour la synthèse d'un composé carbonate aromatique, qui comprend au moins un type de catalyseur à base de samarium et un co-catalyseur, et sur un procédé de préparation du composé carbonate aromatique par utilisation du composé catalyseur qui permet de produire un composé carbonate aromatique et une résine de polycarbonate ayant une sélectivité élevée stable par réaction d'un ester carbonique d'un composé carbonate aliphatique et d'un composé hydroxycarbonate aromatique en présence du catalyseur à base de samarium et du co-catalyseur.

본 발명의 방향족 카보네이트 화합물 합성용 촉매 조성물은 특정 화학식으로 표시되는 최소한 1종의 사마륨계 주촉매와 조촉매를 포함하며, 상기 촉매 조성물을 이용하여 방향족 카보네이트 화합물을 제조하는 방법은 지방족 카보네이트 화합물과 방향족 하이드록시 화합물을 상기 사마륨계 주촉매와 조촉매의 존재하에서 탄산 에스테르 반응시켜 안정적으로 높은 선택도를 갖는 방향족 카보네이트 화합물 및 폴리카보네이트 수지를 제조할 수 있다.
