وإدراكاً منه للصلة الواضحة بين الحق في السكن اللائق والحق في الغذاء، كلاهما عنصران متكاملان من المادة 11 من العهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق الاقتصادية والاجتماعية والثقافية، فإنه يأمل أن يُزيد من تطوير الصلات بين الولايتين فيما يتعلق بمسائل مثل عمليات الإخلاء بالإكراه وحقوق ملكية الأراضي والحق في الحصول على المياه، بوصفها عناصر متكاملة ومترابطة من عناصر الحق في مستوى معيشي مناسب، وأن يُسهم في وضع مشروع المبادئ التوجيهية الطوعية بشأن الحق في الغذاء الذي أصدر مؤتمر القمة العالمي للأغذية: بعد خمس سنوات تكليفاً بإعداده.

Recognizing the clear linkage between the right to adequate housing and the right to food, both integral elements of article 11 of the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR), he hopes to further develop linkages between the two mandates on issues such as forced evictions, land rights and the right to water as integral and interrelated components of the right to an adequate standard of living, and to contribute to the elaboration of draft voluntary guidelines on the right to food mandated by WFS: fyi.

Reconociendo los vínculos evidentes entre el derecho a una vivienda adecuada y el derecho a la alimentación, ambos elementos integrantes del artículo 11 del Pacto de Derechos Económicos, Sociales y Culturales, el Relator Especial espera promover esos vínculos entre los dos mandatos sobre cuestiones tales como el desalojo forzoso, los derechos sobre la tierra y el derecho al agua como componentes integrantes e interrelacionados del derecho a un nivel de vida adecuado y para contribuir a la elaboración de un proyecto de normas voluntarias sobre el derecho a la alimentación, encargado por la Cumbre Mundial sobre la Alimentación: cinco años después.

Reconnaissant le rapport évident qui existe entre le droit à un logement convenable et le droit à l’alimentation, qui sont tous deux inscrits dans l’article 11 du Pacte international relatif aux droits économiques, sociaux et culturels, il entend développer plus avant les liens entre les deux mandats, notamment en ce qui concerne les expulsions forcées, les droits fonciers et le droit à l’eau, éléments constitutifs et concomitants du droit à un niveau de vie suffisant, et contribuer à l’élaboration d’un projet de directives volontaires sur le droit à l’alimentation, conformément à la demande formulée au Sommet mondial de l’alimentation: cinq ans après.

他认识到适足住房权和食物权是《经济、社会、文化权利公约》第十一条的整体部分而且两者之间具有明确的联系,也认识到强行迁离问题以及土地权和用水权都是适足生活水准权中相互关联的整体部分的问题,希望就这些问题进一步发展两个特别报告员之间的合作关系,并且促进世界粮食问题首脑会议五周年为之任命了特别报告员的食物权的“自愿行动方针草案”的拟订工作。
