(4) Ist der Begünstigte infolge von Flurbereinigungsverfahren oder anderweitigen, öffentlichen oder von den zuständigen Behörden anerkannten Bodenordnungsverfahren an der Erfüllung seiner eingegangenen Verpflichtungen gehindert, so treffen die Mitgliedstaaten die erforderlichen Vorkehrungen, um die Verpflichtungen an die neue Lage des Betriebs anzupassen.

Where a beneficiary is unable to continue to comply with commitments given because the holding is reparcelled or is the subject of public land-consolidation measures or of land-consolidation measures approved by the competent public authorities, Member States shall take the measures necessary to allow the commitments to be adapted to the new situation of the holding.

(4) Amennyiben a kedvezményezett már nem tudja teljesíteni az adott kötelezettségvállalásokat, a mezőgazdasági üzem tagosítása miatt, vagy azért, mert más hasonló, a hatáskörrel rendelkező hatóságok által jóváhagyott állami tagosítási intézkedések vonatkoznak rá, a tagállamok megteszik az ahhoz szükséges lépéseket, hogy a kötelezettségvállalásokat a mezőgazdasági üzem új helyzetéhez igazítsák.

(4) În cazul în care beneficiarul se găsește în imposibilitatea de a continua să-și onoreze angajamentele luate deoarece exploatația face obiectul unei comasări sau a unor măsuri de amenajare funciară decise sau aprobate de autoritățile publice competente, statele membre iau măsurile necesare pentru a permite adaptarea angajamentelor la noua situație a exploatației.
