وفي حالة قيام المعتدي باغتصاب الضحية عنوة بالتناوب (الاغتصاب من قِبَل عُصبة)، أو باغتصاب أنثى دون سن 15 عاما عنوة، أوبإلحاق الضرر بجسم الأنثى وقت الاغتصاب، أو إذا أصبحت الضحية معاقة بقية حياتها أو إذا قتلت الضحية، يعاقب بالسجن لمدة تتراوح ما بين سبع و 15 سنة.

In the case that the wrongdoer has forcibly raped the victim by taking turns (gang rape), forcibly raped a female under 15 years of age, or damaged the body of the female at the time of the rape, or if the victim will be disabled for the rest or her life or if the victim is killed he shall be punished by imprisonment from seven to 15 years.

В случае, если правонарушитель насилует жертву по очереди с другими лицами (групповое изнасилование), насилует женщину в возрасте младше 15 лет или наносит увечья женщине во время изнасилования или если жертва останется инвалидом на всю жизнь или погибнет в результате изнасилования, для него предусмотрено наказание в виде лишения свободы сроком от семи до пятнадцати лет.
