It was requested to instruct the Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation to advise Kerala to forthwith stop the construction work and not to take up any work in the Cauvery basin of Kerala without obtaining the prior concurrence of Tamil Nadu and until the Cauvery Management Board is constituted and the judicial references are finally settled.
