La présente invention concerne une feuille détachable destinée à protéger un cristal liquide, et un procédé pour sa fabrication, et afin de résoudre le problème technique, l'invention comporte une feuille détachable de protection d'un cristal liquide et un procédé pour sa fabrication, qui forment un motif imprimé de type maillage dans la zone centrale d'un verre trempé de façon à empêcher la formation de parties étagées dans la zone centrale du verre trempé lors de la formation d'une couche imprimée dans une zone d'encadrement du verre trempé, empêchant ainsi la formation de bulles d'air dans un espace comprenant les parties étagées et prévenant simultanément le problème de la perte du pouvoir de transmission des couleurs sur l'ensemble de la surface du verre trempé comme c'est le cas dans une feuille conventionnelle.

본 발명은 액정보호용 탈부착 시트 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것으로, 해결하고자하는 기술적 과제는 강화유리의 베젤영역에 인쇄층을 형성하는 경우 강화유리의 중앙영역에 단차가 발생되는 것을 방지하기 위하여 강화유리의 중앙영역에 격자형 인쇄 패턴을 형성함으로써, 단차가 형성된 공간에 기포가 발생되지 않도록 함과 동시에 종래와 같이 강화유리 전체면의 색상 투과율이 떨어지는 문제점이 발생되지 않도록 하는 액정보호용 탈부착 시트 및 그 제조 방법을 제공하는 데 있다. 그에 따른 본 발명의 액정보호용 탈부착 시트는 강화유리; 상기 강화유리의 하부면 가운데 베젤영역에 인쇄되는 인쇄층; 상기 강화유리의 하부면 가운데 스마트폰의 액정에 시야영역에 해당하는 중앙영역에 격자형태로 인쇄되는 격자형 인쇄패턴; 상기 인쇄층에 증착되는 증착층; 상기 격자형 인쇄패턴과 상기 증착층을 덮도록 접착되는 OCA층; 상기 OCA층에 결합되며, 광투과재질로 이루어지는 필름층; 상기 필름층에 결합되고, 상기 스마트폰의 액정면과 점착되는 점착층; 및, 상기 점착층에 결합되는 리무벌필름층;을 포함하며, 상기 격자형 인쇄패턴은 상기 인쇄층과 동일층상에 구성되어 상기 인쇄층에 의해 단차가 발생되지 않도록 하며, 상기 필름층은 상기 잉크로 인쇄된 격자형 인쇄패턴에 밀착되어 상기 격자형 인쇄패턴이 상기 강화유리의 상부공간으로 반사되지 않도록 함으로써, 상기 격자형 인쇄패턴을 상기 강화유리의 상부공간에서 하부방향으로 바라보는 경우에 시각적으로 차단되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
