স্বরাষ্ট্রমন্ত্রীর মত একজন মন্ত্রীর কাছ থেকে এ রকম এক আদেশ আসা মোটেও যৌক্তিক নয়; আমার মতে এটা একটা “আবেগময়” সিদ্ধান্ত, যা আইন প্রণেতাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের এক মাধ্যম যা তাদের স্বপ্ন এবং আবেগের মধ্যে রয়েছে; তিনি মনে করেন এটি একটা স্বাধীন রাষ্ট্র, যার ভেতর কোন সমস্যা এবং যুদ্ধ নেই, তিনি মনে করেন এই রাষ্ট্রটি পুরোপুরি স্বাধীন এবং এর গৌরবোজ্জ্বল কর্তৃপক্ষ তাকে যে আইন প্রয়োগ করার ক্ষমতা দিয়েছে, তা সময় বা স্থানের বাস্তবতায় যথাযথ নয় এবং ঘটনাবলি তাদের জন্য আদেশ বাজায় রাখার কোন শর্তই পুরণ করে না।

Decrees like the one the Minister of the Interior is talking about is not a logical one; in my opinion it's a “romantic” decision stemming from the control that dreams and emotions have over the lawmaker; he thinks this is an independent state free of problems and wars, that it has complete independence and dazzling authority which gives him the power to impose laws that are not appropriate to either the time or place and that do not meet any of the conditions for them to be carried out.

Des décrets comme celui qu'annonce la Ministre de l'intérieur ne sont pas logiques ; à mon avis, c'est une décision “romantique” due au fait que les législateurs ont perdu le contrôle de leurs rêves et leurs émotions ; ils pensent que Gaza est un état indépendant, libéré des problèmes et de la guerre, qu'il a une indépendance totale et une autorité éblouissante qui lui donnent le pouvoir d'imposer des lois inappropriées vu l'époque et le lieu, et qui ne satisfont aucune des conditions pour pouvoir être exécutées.

Decreti come quello di cui il ministro degli interni sta discutendo non hanno un senso logico; secondo me è una decisione “romantica” che deriva dal sopravvento che i sogni e le emozioni hanno avuto sul legislatore. Egli, infatti, pensa di essere in uno stato sovrano, libero da problemi e guerre, dotato della completa indipendenza e della smagliante autorità che gli conferisce il potere di imporre leggi che non sono appropriate nè al tempo nè al luogo e che non soddisfano nessuna delle condizioni per cui sarebbe legittimo venissero portate avanti.
