21 Sagsoegerne finder, at Raadet ligeledes har gjort sig skyldig i en fejlbedoemmelse vedroerende repraesentativiteten ved til OESU at udnaevne et medlem af Associazione Liberi Imprenditori Autonomisti (ALIA) (Emiliano Amato). ALIA har i virkeligheden kun ca. 100 medlemmer i hele Italien, og i stedet for at repraesentere en oekonomisk gruppe er ALIA blot en sammenslutning af virksomhedsledere, der gaar ind for en bestemt politisk ideologi.

21 Die Kläger behaupten, daß dem Rat auch dadurch eine Fehlbeurteilung der Repräsentativität unterlaufen sei, daß er ein Mitglied der Associazione Liberi Imprenditori Autonomisti (ALIA) (Herrn Amato) zum Mitglied des WSA ernannt habe; diese Vereinigung zähle in Wirklichkeit nur etwa hundert Mitglieder für ganz Italien und setze sich, anstatt eine wirtschaftliche Gruppe zu vertreten, nur aus Unternehmern zusammen, die eine politische Ideologie verbinde.

21 Οι προσφεύγοντες θεωρούν ότι το Συμβούλιο υπέπεσε επίσης σε σφάλμα εκτιμήσεως σχετικά με την αντιπροσωπευτικότητα διορίζοντας στην ΟΚΕ ένα μέλος του Associazione Liberi Imprenditori Autonomisti (ALIA) (τον Amato), το οποίο είναι σωματείο που έχει στην πραγματικότητα μόνο περί τα εκατό μέλη σε ολόκληρη την Ιταλία και, αντί να εκπροσωπεί έναν κλάδο της οικονομίας, αποτελείται απλώς από διευθυντές επιχειρήσεων διαπνεόμενους από μια συγκεκριμένη πολιτική ιδεολογία.

21 The applicants maintain that the Council committed another error of assessment regarding the question of representativity, by appointing to the ESC a member (Mr Amato) of the Associazione Liberi Imprenditori Autonomisti (ALIA), an association which in fact numbers a mere 100 members throughout Italy and which, rather than representing an economic category, does no more than bring together certain entrepreneurs who share a political ideology.

21 Los demandantes consideran que el Consejo cometió también un error de apreciación en cuanto a la representatividad, al nombrar para el CES a un miembro de la Associazione Liberi Imprenditori Autonomisti (ALIA) (Sr. Amato), asociación que, en su opinión, sólo cuenta con un centenar de afiliados en toda Italia y que, en lugar de representar a un sector económico, únicamente agrupa a empresarios unidos por la misma ideología política.
