Both the Coordinator of the Course, Mrs. Natalia Escobar Ramírez, and Ambassador Pedro Oyarce, former Permanent Representative of Chile to the OAS, organized this activity which this year hosted 31 course participants: 14 of them were Chilean nationals, while 17 hailed from other countries in Latin America and the Caribbean, as well as Nigeria and Azerbaijan.

Tanto la Coordinadora de Estudios y Extensión, Sra. Natalia Escobar Ramírez, como el Embajador Pedro Oyarce, ex Representante Permanente de Chile ante la OEA, tuvieron a su cargo la organización de esta actividad que este año recibe a 31 alumnos, 14 de ellos nacionales de dicho país, y 17 de ellos provenientes de otros países de Latinoamérica y el Caribe, así como de Nigeria y Azerbaiyán.
