(2) Subject to subsection (3), the fees set out in items 1 and 2 of table 1 and in table 2 are payable as follows: (a) 25 per cent of the amount, on receipt of an invoice from the Agency; and (b) the remainder of the amount, in three equal instalments at equal time intervals within the period covered by the licence.
