تلاحظ مع التقدير أيضا قيام كل من المركزين الإقليميين الأفريقيين لتدريس علوم وتكنولوجيا الفضاء، باللغتين الفرنسية والإنكليزية، الموجودين في المغرب ونيجيريا، على التوالي، وكذلك مركز تدريس علوم وتكنولوجيا الفضاء في آسيا والمحيط الهادئ، ومقره في الهند، والمركز الإقليمي لتدريس علوم وتكنولوجيا الفضاء في أمريكا اللاتينية ومنطقة البحر الكاريبـي، وله حرمٌ جامعي في كل من البرازيل والمكسيك، وجميعها مراكز منتسبة إلى الأمم المتحدة، بمواصلة برامجها التعليمية في عام 2012، وتوافق على أنه ينبغي لهذه المراكز الإقليمية أن تواصل موافاة اللجنة بتقارير عن أنشطتها؛

Also notes with appreciation that the African regional centres for space science and technology education in the French and English languages, located in Morocco and Nigeria, respectively, as well as the Centre for Space Science and Technology Education in Asia and the Pacific, located in India, and the Regional Centre for Space Science and Technology Education for Latin America and the Caribbean, with campuses located in Brazil and Mexico, affiliated to the United Nations, have continued their education programmes in 2012, and agrees that the regional centres should continue to report to the Committee on their activities;

Observa con aprecio también que los centros regionales africanos de educación en ciencia y tecnología espaciales en francés e inglés, situados en Marruecos y Nigeria, respectivamente, así como el Centro de Educación en Ciencia y Tecnología Espaciales para Asia y el Pacífico, situado en la India, y el Centro Regional de Educación en Ciencia y Tecnología Espaciales para América Latina y el Caribe, con campus en el Brasil y México, afiliados a las Naciones Unidas, han seguido ejecutando sus programas de educación en 2012, y conviene en que los centros regionales continúen informando a la Comisión de sus actividades;

Note également avec satisfaction que les centres régionaux africains de formation aux sciences et technologies de l’espace en langue française et en langue anglaise, situés respectivement au Maroc et au Nigéria, ainsi que le Centre de formation aux sciences et techniques spatiales pour l’Asie et le Pacifique, situé en Inde, et le Centre de formation aux sciences et techniques spatiales pour l’Amérique latine et les Caraïbes, qui dispose d’antennes régionales au Brésil et au Mexique, affiliés à l’Organisation des Nations Unies, ont poursuivi leurs programmes de formation en 2012, et convient que les centres régionaux devraient continuer à rendre compte de leurs activités au Comité;

с признательностью отмечает также, что африканские региональные центры подготовки в области космической науки и техники на французском и английском языках, расположенные соответственно в Марокко и Нигерии, а также Центр подготовки в области космической науки и техники в Азиатско-Тихоокеанском регионе, расположенный в Индии, и Региональный центр подготовки в области космической науки и техники в Латинской Америке и Карибском бассейне, кампусы которого расположены в Бразилии и Мексике, связанные с Организацией Объединенных Наций, продолжали осуществление своих учебных программ в 2012 году, и выражает согласие с тем, что региональным центрам следует продолжать представлять Комитету доклады о своей деятельности;
