ويناشد مؤتمر الأقليات القومية بأذربيجان الأمم المتحدة، ومنظمة الأمن والتعاون في أوروبا، ومجلس أوروبا، ووزارة الخارجية والكونغرس في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية، والبرلمان الفرنسي، ووزارة الخارجية ومجلس الدوما (البرلمان) في الاتحاد الروسي، والمجتمع الدولي بأسره، إدانة هذا العمل غير القانوني، وعدم الاعتراف بنتائج ما يسمى ”الاستفتاء“، وتقديم الدعم الواضح للجهود الرامية إلى إيجاد سبل لتسوية هذا النزاع المزمن على أساس السلامة الإقليمية لأذربيجان، وصولا إلى إحلال السلام والاستقرار المستدامين في المنطقة

The Congress of National Minorities of Azerbaijan calls on the United Nations, OSCE, the Council of Europe, the Department of State and the Congress of the United States of America, the French Parliament, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the State Duma of the Russian Federation, and the whole international community to condemn this illegal act, to refuse to recognize the results of the so-called referendum and to firmly support efforts to find ways of resolving this long-standing conflict in compliance with the principle of the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan, in order to achieve sustainable peace and stability in the region

El Congreso de las Minorías Nacionales de Azerbaiyán hace un llamamiento a las Naciones Unidas, la Organización para la Seguridad y la Cooperación en Europa, el Consejo de Europa, el Departamento de Estado y el Congreso de los Estados Unidos de América, el Parlamento de Francia, el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores y la Duma Estatal de la Federación de Rusia y a toda la comunidad internacional para que condenen el acto ilegal, no reconozcan los resultados del denominado “referéndum” y presten un apoyo inequívoco a los esfuerzos por encontrar la manera de resolver este arraigado conflicto partiendo de la integridad territorial de Azerbaiyán con miras a instaurar la paz y la estabilidad sostenibles en la región

Le Congrès des minorités nationales d'Azerbaïdjan demande instamment à l'Organisation des Nations Unies, à l'Organisation pour la sécurité et la coopération en Europe, au Conseil de l'Europe, au Département d'État et au Congrès des États-Unis d'Amérique, au Parlement français, au Ministère des affaires étrangères et à la Douma d'État de la Fédération de Russie, ainsi qu'à la communauté internationale dans son ensemble, de condamner le « référendum » illégal, de ne pas prendre acte de son résultat et d'appuyer résolument les efforts visant à mettre fin au conflit tenace en préservant l'intégrité territoriale de l'Azerbaïdjan, de façon à assurer une paix et une stabilité durables dans la région

Конгресс нацменьшинств Азербайджана обращается в ООН, ОБСЕ, Совет Европы, Госдепартамент и Конгресс США, парламент Франции, МИД и Госдуму Российской Федерации, ко всей международной общественности с призывом осудить незаконный акт, не признавать результаты так называемого «референдума», решительно поддержать усилия, направленные на поиск путей урегулирования этого застаревшего конфликта на основе территориальной целостности Азербайджана, во имя достижения устойчивого мира и стабильности в регионе

阿塞拜疆少数民族代表大会向联合国、欧安组织、欧洲委员会、美利坚合众国国务院和议会、法国议会、俄罗斯联邦外交部和国家杜马及整个国际社会发出呼吁,呼吁谴责上述非法行动,不承认所谓“公民投票”的结果,坚决支持旨在寻求符合保持阿塞拜疆领土完整原则的解决这一持久冲突的各种方式所做的努力,从而实现区域的持久和平与稳定。
