Mr. Bae has been involved in a wide range of cases such as civil, criminal, administrative, domestic cases and others, serving as a judge, judicial researcher, branch director and presiding judge across the courts of different levels since he started as a judge in the Busan District Court until retiring as a presiding judge in the Seoul Central District Court. In particular, he served in the Anti-corruption Department in the Seoul High Court and the Media and Environment Department in the Seoul Central District Court.

현재 법무법인 세종의 파트너변호사로 주된 업무분야는 기업일반 및 언론방송, 행정 관련 소송 등입니다.부산지방법원 판사를 시작으로 서울중앙지방법원 부장판사에서 퇴직하기까지 각급 법원에서 판사, 재판연구관, 지원장 및 부장판사로 재직하면서 민, 형사, 행정, 가사사건 등을 폭넓게 다루었으며, 특히 서울고등법원에서는 부패전담 형사부에서, 서울중앙지방법원에서는 언론, 환경전담재판부에서 재판하였습니다. 그 외에도 법원 재직시 각급 선거관리위원회의 위원장, 공정거래위원회의 약관심사자문위원 등을 겸직하면서 행정 관련 업무를 처리한 바 있습니다.
