Section 35(2), which applies to Class 3 licensees, stipulates that, except as otherwise provided under a condition of its licence, a licensee that elects to distribute community programming under paragraph 33(g) shall devote not less than 60% of the programming distributed on the community channel during each broadcast week to the distribution of local community television programming, and not less than 30% to the distribution of community access television programming.
