يسعى هذا البرنامج إلى مساعدة المقترضين من الصندوق التعاوني للتنمية المنزلية على حماية منازلهم من الوقوع تحت طائلة احتجاز الرهون المتعلقة بها أو إلغاء عقود البيع التي تخصها، وذلك بإتاحة الفرصة لهم بإعادة هيكلة القروض المقدمة إليهم من الصندوق.

The “Gabay Pabahay” Program seeks to assist Pag-IBIG borrowers protect their homes from foreclosure or cancellations of the CTS by providing them with the opportunity to restructure their loans with the Fund.
