একদিক থেকে পাট্টাদার রায়তদের একটা সুবিধা ছিল যে তারা রাষ্ট্র কর্তৃক নিয়োগকৃত এজেন্টদের নিকট পাট্টা মোতাবেক ব্যক্তিগতভাবে সরাসরি খাজনা প্রদান করতেন এবং পাট্টা ও কবুলিয়তে উল্লিখিত সময়ে নির্ধারিত খাজনা অপরিবর্তিত থাকত।
