A heat insulation chamber, which is a space between the lower end of the tube and the rib, is formed along the circumference of the lower end of the tube located at the side at which the combustion gas of the burner is fed in, so as to prevent the combustion gas from directly contacting the lower end of the tube.

본 발명의 핀과 튜브로 구성된 열교환기는, 내부에 난방수가 흐르는 튜브와, 상기 튜브가 삽입되는 튜브 삽입공이 내부에 형성되고 상기 튜브 삽입공 둘레에 상기 튜브의 길이방향으로 소정 높이로 돌출된 리브가 형성되어 상기 튜브의 외측면에 일정 간격으로 결합되는 다수의 핀으로 구성되어 버너의 연소열을 상기 튜브 내부를 흐르는 난방수에 전달하는 핀과 튜브로 구성된 열교환기에 있어서, 상기 버너의 연소가스가 유입되는 측에 위치한 튜브의 하단부 둘레에는, 상기 튜브의 하단부에 연소가스가 직접 접촉되는 것을 방지하기 위해 상기 튜브의 하단부와 상기 리브 사이에 이격된 공간인 단열 챔버가 형성된 것을 특징으로 한다.
