Under the Company Bylaws, the Company’s AGMs may be attended by anyone owning 500 shares or more, providing that, five days before the date on which the AGM is to be held, their ownership is recorded on the pertinent registers and they retain at least this same number of shares until the AGM is actually held. Holders of fewer shares may group together until achieving the required number, appointing a representative.

Conforme a lo dispuesto en los Estatutos Sociales, a las Juntas Generales de Accionistas que celebre la Sociedad podrán asistir quienes sean titulares de 500 o más acciones siempre que, con cinco días de antelación a aquel en el que haya de celebrarse la Junta, estén inscritas en los correspondientes registros contables y conserven, al menos, ese mismo número de acciones hasta la celebración de la Junta, si bien los titulares de un menor número de acciones podrán agruparse hasta completar, como mínimo, dicho número, nombrando su representante.
