2) A three-year guarantee on indemnification for damages caused by weaknesses and defects in the construction material or in the installations that interrupt the full compliance with the requirements established by the law:- Hygiene, health and environmental protection, so that conditions of health and watertightness are acceptable in the interior of the building and the latter has no detrimental affect on the environment in its immediate surroundings, guaranteeing an adequate management of all types of waste.- Protection against noise, so that any noise noticed does not endanger the health of the inhabitants and allows them to carry out their daily activities in relative peace.

2) Garantizar durante tres años el resarcimiento de los daños causados por vicios o defectos de los elementos constructivos o de las instalaciones que ocasionen el incumplimiento de los requisitos de habitabilidad que describe la Ley: - Higiene, salud y protección del medio ambiente, de forma que se alcancen condiciones aceptables de salubridad y estanqueidad en el ambiente interior del edificio y que éste no deteriore el medio ambiente en su entorno inmediato, garantizando una adecuada gestión de toda clase de residuos.
