ومن الحوافز التي تنطبق في حالة إنشاء المصارف الخارجيــــة والصناديـــق الاستئمانيـــة، أنـــه لا توجد قيود على أسعار الصرف أو تضييقات على تحويل السندات المالية وأنه يمكن الاحتفاظ بالأرباح خارج البلد وتحويلها إلى الوطن بحرية.
