Događaj je započeo u 9:45 sati na Trgu Matije Gupca gdje su se predstavili gospodarstvenici, izvoznici s prostora Karlovačke županije, a nakon svečanog otvaranja manifestacije uz Argentinski tango, ples koji dolazi iz jedne od zemalja Mercosura (Argentine) održan je okrugli stol na temu "Prednosti sporazuma EU i MERCOSURA" na kojem su sudjelovali Judita Cuculić Župa iz Predstavništva Europske komisije u Hrvatskoj, Zrinka Horvatić iz Ministarstva vanjskih i europskih poslova, Ante Perica iz Hrvatske gospodarske komore Zagreb te Marilia de Oliveira, iz poduzeća Marzito Travel d.o.o. Moderator okruglog stola bio je Damir Furdek iz HGK-Područni ured Karlovac.
