The goal of these trainings was to upgrade the knowledge of the representatives of the local government on the tasks emanating from the law and the comprehension of the legal obligations in the work within their institution as well as the increase their knowledge on the Convention CEDAW and on the Additional Protocol; trainings for the gender budgeting at local level in the municipalities of four cities: Elbasan, Lezhë, Kukës, Shkodër Gender-Mainstreaming through the gender budgeting at local level” financially sponsored by UNIFEM in cooperation with the respective municipalities and the Center of Advanced Studies.

Estos cursos obedecían al propósito de dar a los representantes del gobierno municipal mayor conocimiento de las tareas que les encomendaba la ley, así como de las disposiciones de la CEDAW y de su Protocolo Adicional; con el apoyo financiero del UNIFEM y en cooperación con las respectivas municipalidades y el Centro de Estudios Avanzados se impartió capacitación sobre presupuestación de género a nivel municipal en cuatro ciudades: Elbasan, Lezhë, Kukës y Shkodër, con el tema "La incorporación a través de la presupuestación del género a nivel municipal".

Ces formations avaient pour objet de mettre à jour les connaissances des représentants des pouvoirs locaux sur les missions dévolues par la loi et de renforcer leur compréhension des obligations légales liées à leurs fonctions institutionnelles, ainsi que leur connaissance de la Convention sur l’élimination de toutes les formes de discrimination à l’égard des femmes et de son protocole additionnel; des formations à la budgétisation des mesures en faveur de l’égalité des sexes au niveau municipal ont été dispensées dans quatre villes: Elbasan, Lezhë, Kukës et Shkodër ("Prise en compte d’une approche sexospécifique dans le budget consacré à l’égalité des sexes au niveau municipal"), avec le soutien financier de l’UNIFEM, en coopération avec les municipalités respectives et le Centre d’études supérieures.
