وتجدر الإشارة في هذا الصدد إلى أن عدد المستوطنات وعدد المستوطنين الإسرائيليين والتدابير الأمنية المتخذة لحمايتهم وكفالة حرية حركتهم والتوسع في الأرض الخاضعة بحكم الأمر الواقع لولاية المجالس الاستيطانية الإقليمية والمحلية، كلها أمور تنتهك حق الشعب الفلسطيني في تقرير المصير.
