The Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) recently hosted members of an elite Philippines military unit to conduct urban warfare training. The bilateral lasted December 4-15, 2017, as part of an initiative the city-state launched to help its Southeast Asia neighbor combat the Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) and its affiliates.
