وفي رأي المحكمة، كان يتعين إرسال الإخطار بانعقاد دورة هيئة التحكيم إلى عنوان المدعى عليه بالولاية التي سجل فيها، وليس إلى عنوان ممثله الذي قدم إلى هيئة التحكيم.

In the courts’ opinion, notice of the arbitral tribunal session should have been sent to the address of the respondent’s state registration, and not to the address of its representative that was provided to the arbitral tribunal.
