Continued extraction three different methods such as maceration, percolation and Soxhlet where a greater quantity of extract was obtained by the method of percolation; from this extract it was fractionated with two stationary phases Silica gel used where and RP18 and solvents of different polarities which were hexane, acetone and a mixture of ethanol: water (75:25) where the extraction yield was more high in fractions of ethanol: water while Hexane fractions were considered to have very low yield.

Se continuo con la extracción por tres diferentes métodos como lo son Maceración, Percolación y Soxhlet en donde se obtuvo una mayor cantidad de extracto por el método de Percolación; a partir de este extracto se fraccionó con dos fases estacionarias donde se usaron Silica gel y RP18 y con solventes de distinta polaridad los cuales fueron Hexano, Acetona y una mezcla de Etanol: Agua (75:25) en donde el rendimiento de extracción fue más alto en las fracciones de Etanol: Agua mientras que las fracciones de Hexano se consideraron que tenían muy bajo rendimiento.
