أ) الإسقاط المؤقت من السجل المشار إليه في المادة # من هذا القانون في حالة كشف حالات غير منتظمة قد تكون لها صلة بإحدى الجرائم المشار إليها فيه أو ذات صلة بتمويل الإرهاب وتستدعي تسليم التحقيق إلى الشرطة المسؤولة عن رقابة المخدرات غير المأذون بها والأنشطة ذات الصلة؛

a) Temporary removal from the register referred to in Article # of this Law in the event of the discovery of irregular situations that may be connected with one of the offences established under it or related to the financing of terrorism and that warrant the handing over of the investigation to the police responsible for the control of unauthorized drugs and related activities
