With reference to subparagraphs (c) to (f), it should be noted that the Ministry of the Revolutionary Armed Forces is the body that oversees the enlistment of young people into military service. The Ministry also makes arrangements with the press and with radio and television stations to disseminate information on the Cuban military service system, which has an indirect impact on the implementation of the Optional Protocol.

Atendiendo a los incisos c) a f), el Ministerio de las Fuerzas Armadas Revolucionarias es el órgano rector con relación a la incorporación de los jóvenes al servicio militar y es a través de éste que se establece la divulgación mediante la prensa escrita, radial y televisiva para trasmitir las orientaciones sobre el Servicio Militar Activo que deben cumplir los jóvenes cubanos, lo que indirectamente incide en la aplicación de lo que le concierne en relación con el Protocolo Facultativo.
