The present invention relates to cooking equipment which are capable of combined use as a lid for a cooking container, a grill plate or a jeongol pot (table-top stew pot), and more specifically, to a piece of cooking equipment which can act as a cover for use as a lid which can also be used to grill meat as a grill plate or be used as a jeongol pot.
