This operation, according to Oaxaca Attorney General Lizbeth Caña, was carried out with warrants to raid the union hall and the Teachers' Hotel, and with arrest warrants against leaders of the SNTE section 22, including Secretary General Enrique Rueda Pacheco, who appears to remain free at the moment.

Este operativo, según la Procuradora General de Justicia, Lizbeth Caña, se llevó a cabo amparado por ordenes de cateo en los edificios del Sindicato y del Hotel del Magisterio, y por ordenes de aprehensión en contra de dirigentes de la Sección 22, entre ellos, el Secretario General, Enrique Rueda Pacheco, quien al parecer sólo se encuentra libre hasta este momento.
