إن كوبا بلد صغير، بلد سلمي ويعمل بجدية، ولا يمثل تهديداً عسكرياً لأحد، ونحن نؤكد من جديد في هذا المحفل أنه ليس في حيازته أسلحة نووية أو كيميائية أو بيولوجية، سواء جيدة أو سيئة، ولا أحد في كوبا، سواء كان مسؤولاً أو غير مسؤول، في حيازته مثل هذه الأسلحة.

Cuba is a small country, a peaceful and hard‐working country that represents no military danger to anyone and we reaffirm in this forum that it has no nuclear, chemical or biological weapons, whether good or bad, and that there are no persons in Cuba, whether responsible or irresponsible, who possess such weapons.
