وأوصى المجلس لجنة التعويضات بأن تستعرض حالة المفوضين، ولا سيما المفوضين الذين يعملون أيضا في الخدمة المدنية الوطنية، وبأن توضح الفارق بين العقود المبرمة على أساس راتب شهري موحد والقرار بدفع رواتب المفوضين حسب الوقت المصروف في العمل، وبأن تنفذ ذلك القرار إذا دعت الحاجة إلى ذلك، وبأن تطلب من المفوضين الإبلاغ عن الوقت الذي يكرسونه فعلا للجنة التعويضات(80).

The Board recommended that the Compensation Commission review the situation of the Commissioners, notably those who are also active national civil servants; that it clarify a discrepancy between contracts based on a flat monthly stipend and a decision to pay the Commissioners according to time spent working; and, if need be, that it implement that decision and request the Commissioners to report their time actually devoted to the Compensation Commission.80

La Junta recomendó que la Comisión de Indemnización examinara la situación de los comisionados, fundamentalmente aquéllos que también eran funcionarios nacionales en activo; aclararan una discrepancia entre los contratos basados en un sueldo mensual fijo y una decisión de pagar a los comisionados en función del tiempo de trabajo efectivo; y, llegado el caso, llevaran a la práctica ésta última opción, y pidieran a los comisionados que dieran cuenta del tiempo realmente dedicado a la Comisión80.

Комиссия рекомендовала Компенсационной комиссии провести обзор положения комиссаров, особенно тех из них, которые являются сотрудниками, находящимися на национальной гражданской службе; уточнить расхождения между контрактами, основанными на выплате единообразных месячных окладов, и решением оплачивать работу комиссаров в соответствии с затраченным рабочим временем и, в случае необходимости, осуществить это решение и просить комиссаров сообщать о количестве времени, фактически посвященном работе в Компенсационной комиссии80.
