Resumen: In this research work accelerated spectra were generated by using the GMPE's Movement Prediction Equations for the Tectonic regime that governed the study area (Cortical Regime and Subduction), based mainly on the most representative seismic characteristics such as are: Cutting Wave Speed Vs, Fault Type, Seismic Moment Moment Magnitude Mw, Focal Depth and the closest distance to the projection on the surface of the fault RJB.

En el presente trabajo de investigación se generaron espectros en aceleración mediante la utilización de las Ecuaciones de Predicción de Movimiento GMPE ́s para el régimen Tectónico que gobernaba el área de estudio (Régimen Cortical y Subducción), basados principalmente en las características sísmicas más representativas como son: Velocidad de Onda Cortante Vs, Tipo de Falla, Magnitud de Momento Sísmico Mw, Profundidad Focal y la Distancia más cercana a la proyección en la superficie de la falla RJB.
