The Licensee is authorized to operate: (a) for traffic enplaned in the territory of Canada, the following prescribed types of charters: (i) Single Entity Passenger; (ii) Single Entity Property; (iii) Common Purpose; (iv) Inclusive Tour; and (v) Advance Booking Charters; and (b) for traffic enplaned in the territory of the United States of America, the following prescribed types of charters: (i) Single Entity Passenger; (ii) Single Entity Property; (iii) Pro Rata Affinity; (iv) Mixed (Entity/Pro Rata); (v) Inclusive Tour; (vi) Study Group; and (vii) Overseas Military Personnel.

La licenciée est autorisée à exploiter : (a) pour les vols ayant leur point de départ au Canada, les types prescrits d'affrètement suivants : (i) vol affrété sans participation de passagers; (ii) vol affrété sans participation de marchandises; (iii) vol affrété à but commun; (iv) vol affrété pour voyage à forfait; et (v) vol affrété avec réservation anticipée; et (b) pour les vols ayant leur point de départ aux États-Unis d'Amérique, les types prescrits d'affrètement suivants : (i) vol affrété sans participation de passagers; (ii) vol affrété sans participation de marchandises; (iii) vol affrété sans participation pour groupe ayant une affinité; (iv) vol affrété mixte (avec et sans participation); (v) vol affrété pour voyage à forfait; (vi) vol affrété pour groupe d'étude; et (vii) vol affrété pour personnel militaire outre-mer.
