Article # Anyone in the financial supervision and regulation department, in supervising and regulating power over the insurance industry, who abuses his/her administrative power, gets involved in economic corruption or is derelict in his/her duty, practices favoritism for personal interests or neglects his duty, shall be subject to criminal proceedings if the conduct is serious enough to constitute a crime; or shall be subject to administrative sanctions if the conduct does not constitute a crime
