وتؤدي نماذج الدوام شبه الكامل المتمثل في العمل لفترة تتراوح بين 30 و35 ساعة يومياً في الأسبوع دوراً هاماً، نظراً إلى أنها تلبي رغبات الكثير من الآباء وتيسر أيضاً التوفيق بين الحياة العائلية وحياة العمل للكثير من الأخصائيين والمدراء ذوي الكفاءة.
