ووفقاً لأساليب عمل الفريق العامل، كان ينبغي أن تشمل عملية تحليل القضية ما يلي: (أ) الترجمة الكاملة لوثيقة تزيد عن 30 صفحة لينظر فيها أعضاء الفريق العامل؛ (ب) وطلب تعليقات من مصدر الشكوى؛ (ج) وتقييم الفريق العامل المتأني لآراء كلا الفريقين، من أجل دعم اتخاذ قرار يأخذ في الاعتبار جميع العناصر المتاحة والمواد الأخرى ذات الصلة.

According to the methods of work of the Working Group, the analysis of the case should have included: (a) the translation of a document over 30 pages long to allow the members of the Working Group to examine it; (b) a request for comments from the source of the complaint; (c) the careful evaluation of both opinions to ensure that the decision reached by the Working Group took into account all the available evidence and any other relevant information.

En cumplimiento de los métodos de trabajo del Grupo de Trabajo, el proceso de análisis del caso debió incluir: a) la traducción íntegra de un documento de más de 30 páginas para la consideración de los miembros del Grupo de Trabajo; b) la solicitud de comentarios a la fuente de la denuncia; c) la evaluación ponderada de ambas opiniones por parte del Grupo de Trabajo, a fin de sustentar la adopción de una decisión que tuviera en cuenta todos los elementos disponibles y otros materiales de relevancia.
