وفيما يتعلق بمسؤولية الحكومات المضيفة، أوضحت بأنه في حين تقر اللجنة الاستشارية بأنه يتعذر على جميع البلدان المضيفة أن توفر للمنظمة نفس المستوى من الدعم الأمني، فإنها تعتقد أنه ينبغي عدم إغفال دورها في هذا المجال.

With regard to the responsibility of host Governments, while the Advisory Committee acknowledged that not all host countries could provide the same level of security support to the Organization, it nevertheless believed that their role in that area should not be overlooked.
