본 발명에 의하면, 멸치젓에서 액젓을 추출하고 남게 되는 젓갈 찌꺼기를 몇 단계의 처리 공정을 거쳐 칼슘성분이 농축된 분말 형태로 제조하되 특히 건조공정에서 제올라이트를 이용하여 건조시 발생되는 수증기 및 냄새를 흡수/흡착하게 되므로 멸치젓 특유의 비린 맛을 거의 완벽하게 제거하여 여성이나 어린이들이 쉽게 섭취할 수 있도록 하여 건강증진에 기여할 수 있고, 버려지는 젓갈 찌꺼기를 이용함으로써 농가소득 증진에 기여할 수 있도록 하는 효과를 나타낸다.
