ومن غير المقبول أن يطلب إلى الشعب الفلسطيني مواصلة جهوده الرامية إلى تحقيق التنمية في ظل وضع يمكن فيه للأعمال التعسفية والوحشية من جانب سلطة الاحتلال أن تعصف بهذه الجهود.
