Thus, it becomes possible to provide: a therapy for a disease relating to platelets or the blood coagulation system by concomitantly using an antiplatelet agent specifically inhibiting collagen-induced platelet coagulation with an antithrombotic agent; a drug, a preparation or a medicinal composition for the concomitant use; and a novel use of anti GPVI antibody as a preventive/remedy for a disease associated with vascular endothelial cell injury.

本発明は、有効成分としてコラーゲン惹起血小板凝集を特異的に抑制する抗血小板薬及び/又は抗血栓症薬を含有し、両薬剤を併用するためのものである、血小板又は血液凝固系と関連する疾患の予防又は治療のための医薬等、ならびに、コラーゲン凝集を特異的に抑制する物質を有効成分として含有することを特徴とする血管内皮細胞傷害を伴う疾患の予防・治療剤、およびコラーゲン惹起血小板凝集を特異的に抑制する物質を有効成分として含有する血管内皮細胞傷害又は臓器障害の抑制剤を提供する。 これにより、コラーゲン惹起血小板凝集を特異的に抑制する抗血小板薬と抗血栓症薬の血小板又は血液凝固系と関連する疾患における併用療法、及び併用のための医薬、製剤又は医薬組成物、ならびに、抗GPVI抗体の血管内皮細胞傷害を伴う疾患の予防・治療薬としての新規用途を提供することができる。
