Disclosed are: an immunosuppressive cell-capturing material which comprises a molded body comprising a readily hydrolysable condensation polymer having an amino group, a poorly hydrolysable polymer that covers the readily hydrolysable condensation polymer, and a ligand-bound poorly hydrolysable polymer that covers the poorly hydrolysable polymer, wherein the ligand is at least one selected from the group consisting of an NH2 group, a secondary amino group, a tertiary amino group, a polyamine residue, a basic cyclic polypeptide residue, an aminoglycosidic compound residue, chloroquine, primaquine, mefloquine, imiquimod and nystatin and the amount of amino groups contained in the molded body is 150 μmol/g or less; and an immunosuppressive cell-capturing column which is filled with the capturing material.

La présente invention concerne : un matériau de capture de cellules immunosuppressives qui comprend un corps moulé comprenant un polymère de condensation aisément hydrolysable ayant un groupe amino, un polymère faiblement hydrolysable qui couvre le polymère de condensation aisément hydrolysable, et un polymère faiblement hydrolysable lié à un ligand qui couvre le polymère faiblement hydrolysable, le ligand étant au moins l'un choisi dans le groupe constitué d'un groupe NH2, un groupe amino secondaire, un groupe amino tertiaire, un résidu polyamine, un résidu polypeptidique cyclique basique, un résidu de composé aminoglycosidique, la chloroquine, la primaquine, la méfloquine, l'imiquimod et la nystatine et la quantité de groupes amino contenus dans le corps moulé est de 150 μmoles/g ou moins ; et une colonne de capture de cellules immunosuppressives qui est remplie avec le matériau de capture.
