ينبغي بذل جهود التدريب من خلال شبكة المراكز الإقليمية لتدريس علوم وتكنولوجيا الفضاء، المنتسبة إلى الأمم المتحدة، وغيرها من مراكز التميّز، مثل المعهد الدولي لعلم المعلومات الأرضية ورصد الأرض في هولندا، والمعهد الآسيوي للتكنولوجيا في تايلند، ومركز المعلومات الجغرافية التابع لجامعة سالزبورغ بالنمسا، بدعم من وكالات من قبيل المركز الألماني لشؤون الفضاء الجوي والمركز الوطني الصيني للحد من الكوارث؛

Training efforts should be made through the network of regional centres on space science and technology education, affiliated to the United Nations, and other centres of excellence, such as the International Institute for Geo-Information Science and Earth Observation in the Netherlands, the Asian Institute of Technology in Thailand and the Centre for Geoinformatics at the University of Salzburg in Austria, with the support of agencies such as the German Aerospace Center (DLR) and the National Disaster Reduction Centre of China;
