وسيولى اهتمام لتعزيز التكامل الاقتصادي على الصعيد دون الإقليمي، بما يشمل الجماعة الآندية والجماعة الكاريـبية (الكاريكوم) وأمانة التكامل الاقتصادي لأمريكا الوسطى والسوق المشتركة لبلدان المخروط الجنوبي (الميركسور).

Emphasis will be given to strengthening economic integration at the subregional level, including the Andean Community, the Caribbean Community (CARICOM), the Secretariat for Central American Integration (SIECA), and the Southern Common Market (MERCOSUR) regional groups.
