Zusammenfassend zeigen beide Fälle, dass es sich bei der operativen Versorgung der frischen, traumatischen hinteren Schulterluxation anbietet, zunächst das Gelenk arthroskopisch zu explorieren, um Begleitverletzungen des Labrums erkennen und ggf. mitversorgen zu können.

These cases show that for the operative treatment of fresh, traumatic posterior shoulder dislocation, it is useful to explore the joint arthroscopically to identify concomitant injuries of the labrum and if necessary treat them.
