As this policy is an insurance agreement for cars and trucks of tourists which are temporarily imported to national territory, in case of a Total Loss caused by Property Damages, it is expressly agreed that the Company will not acquire in any case the salvaged parts of the Vehicle, as the Policy Owner will be liable for the repatriation of the Vehicle to their country of origin on their own and paying for the expenses incurred.

CLÁUSULA 7a: SALVAMENTO Siendo la presente póliza un contrato de seguro sobre automóviles y camiones turistas importados temporalmente en territorio nacional, en el evento de una Pérdida Total por Daños Materiales, queda expresamente convenido que en ningún caso la Compañía adquirirá los efectos salvados del Vehículo, teniendo el Asegurado la obligación de repatriar por su cuenta y costo los restos del Vehículo a su país de origen.
