Once a jury trial has been scheduled, on instructions from the presiding judge, the clerk of the court or the judge’s assistant proceeds to the random selection of candidates for jurors from the court’s general and reserve lists (art. 326 of the Code of Criminal Procedure).

Una vez que se programa un juicio con jurado, por instrucciones del juez que lo ha de presidir el secretario del tribunal o el auxiliar del juez procede a la selección aleatoria de los candidatos al jurado a partir de las listas generales y de reserva del tribunal (artículo 326 del Código de Procedimiento Penal).

Une fois la date de l’audience fixée avec le concours des jurés sur décision du président du tribunal, le secrétaire du tribunal ou l’assistant du juge sélectionne les candidats aux fonctions de juré par tirage au sort parmi les personnes inscrites sur la liste générale et la liste de réserve du tribunal (art. 326 du CPPFR).
