Rhodri Glyn Thomas : Do you accept that there is dissatisfaction among general practitioners because the details of their new contract were changed after they voted in favour of it ? Do you also accept that there is concern that GPs in Wales will have to work much harder than GPs over the border to earn similar salaries , and that that could lead to fewer GPs working in Wales ? Do you accept that there is concern about out-of-hours services because companies that have no experience of clinical service provision are winning contracts to provide such a service ? Does that not suggest that the picture is not as rosy as you believe it to be ?
