CONTINENTAL is authorized to select and hire forwarding agents, carriers, storage operators, customs agents, shipowners, shipping companies, airlines, chartering brokers and any other agents if it is required by transport, storage, handling and delivery of freight, all of which shall be considered agents independent from CONTINENTAL.
