The technical result consists in simplifying the apparatus, reducing the weight and overall dimensions thereof, enabling the use of the apparatus in small repair shops, and improving the magnetic properties of the core by burning off burrs and eliminating deformation during punching along the cut edge by tempering the metal with local heating along the groove contour.

Le résultat technique est la possibilité d'éliminer ces défauts et notamment une installation plus simple, à poids plus faible et de taille réduite, qui peut s'utiliser dans des ateliers de petites dimensions. Le résultat technique consiste également en une amélioration des propriétés magnétiques d'un noyau magnétique grâce à la combustion des morfils et à l'élimination de l'effet de martelage apparaissant lors de l'emboutissage suivant le bord de coupe, grâce au revenu du métal lors du chauffage local suivant le contour de rainure.

Техническим результатом является упрощение установки, уменьшение ее веса, габаритов, возможность использования ее в малых мастерских, улучшение магнитных свойств магнитопровода за счет выгорания заусенцев и устранения наклепа, возникающего при штамповке по кромке реза, за счет отпуска металла при местном нагреве по контуру паза.
